Music License
This document lists the source, license and credits of all music used in QWAY DANCE.
1. Where the music comes from
1.1. The Library is the set of tracks currently playing in QWAY DANCE.
1.2. The Library only accepts tracks released under licenses that allow free use. Most come from Pixabay, under the Pixabay Content License.
1.3. Every track must declare its license name, credit line and source link before it is added to the Library.
2. What the license allows
2.1. The Pixabay Content License allows:
- free use, including for commercial purposes;
- modifying or adapting it into new works;
- use without crediting the author.
2.2. The Pixabay Content License does not allow:
- selling or redistributing the content itself on a standalone basis;
- printing the content on merchandise for sale;
- using the content as a trademark, trade name or service mark;
- using the content in an unlawful, immoral, misleading or deceptive way.
2.3. In QWAY DANCE, music is the backbone of rhythm gameplay and is tied to the game. QWAY DANCE does not sell or redistribute tracks separately.
3. Credits
3.1. QWAY DANCE credits the author of every track in the Library, even when the license does not require it.
3.2. The table in section 4 is built live from the running Library, so it always matches the tracks Players hear.

5. Takedown requests
5.1. A rights holder of a track in section 4 may ask QWAY DANCE to remove that track from the Library.
5.2. Send requests to tuandevz@gmail.com, naming the track and linking to the original work.
5.3. QWAY DANCE removes the track from the Library as soon as the request arrives, before any further discussion.
