Terms of Use
By using QWAY DANCE, the Player agrees to the terms below.
1. Scope
1.1. This document applies to QWAY DANCE and all of its features.
1.2. The terms QWAY DANCE, Player and Account have the meaning given in section 1 of the Privacy Policy.
2. The service
2.1. QWAY DANCE may change, suspend or discontinue any feature.
2.2. QWAY DANCE does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free operation.
3. Accounts
3.1. The Player is responsible for activity on their Account.
3.2. An Account can be signed in at one place at a time. Signing in somewhere new ends the session open elsewhere.
3.3. The Player may not transfer, lend or sell their Account.
4. Display names
4.1. Display names are visible to other Players.
4.2. A display name may not match a name currently held by another Player.
4.3. QWAY DANCE may change or revoke display names that are offensive, impersonate others, or imply a false relationship with another organization.
5. Conduct
5.1. Players may not:
- use automation, injected code or any other means to gain an advantage that does not come from real input;
- exploit bugs for gain instead of reporting them;
- harass, threaten or insult other Players;
- file false or mass reports;
- disrupt the service or access the system without authorization.
5.2. Players are responsible for what they send in chat.
6. Enforcement
6.1. QWAY DANCE may warn, suspend or terminate Accounts that violate section 4 or section 5.
6.2. Experience points, account level and rankings are not property and are not compensated when an Account is suspended.
7. Content and intellectual property
7.1. The source code and interface of QWAY DANCE belong to the game's author.
7.2. Music in the game belongs to the author of each track and is used under the licenses listed on the Music License page.
7.3. Players may not extract, copy or redistribute music files separately from the game.
8. Limitation of liability
8.1. QWAY DANCE is provided as is, without warranty of any kind.
8.2. QWAY DANCE is not liable for indirect damages arising from using or being unable to use the game.
9. Changes to these terms
9.1. QWAY DANCE may amend this document. The effective date at the top always reflects the latest revision.
9.2. Continuing to use QWAY DANCE after a change takes effect counts as accepting the revised terms.
